- A legally registered society under Societies Registration Act XXI of 1860
- Deals with Conservation & Ecotourism
- Consists of ABSU workers, Ex-poachers, Ex-timber fellers, former BLT cadres and local community of the fringe area of Manas
- Runs with the following organizational Sections
- Board of Patrons with a Chief Patron
- Board of Advisers with Legal Advisers
- Cabinet Body (20 nos. member as per Constitution)
- Executive Body (35 nos. member as per Constitution)
- Conservation Body (80 nos. hard core volunteers till date)
- Ecotourism Body (20 nos. members till date)
- General Body (200 nos. general members till date)
